TAMIKA CRENSHAW:
She also began her collection experience in 1996, working for a large collection agency. However, in 2003 she sought a smaller company where her talents could be better utilized. After joining the firm, she demonstrated her skip tracing ability and has honed those techniques. When Mr. McAtee sponsored his 40th high school class reunion, Tamika found over eighty-five (85%) percent of the graduating class with most of the available information being fifteen years old. She also coordinates the monthly birthday parties by helping with the menu and appropriated decorations.

VERONICA PHELPS:
She joined the law firm in 2002 after being with a large collection agency for four years. Her pleasant attitude and her respectful and courteous treatment of all debtors have proven to be a very effective technique for the collection of delinquent accounts.

LAURETTA H. FINKLEY:
Ms. Finkley joined the McAtee firm in November of 2011. her working career began as a case worker for the Department of Human resources. In January of 2004 she began working for NCO Financial Systems and began her career in medical collections. After working for NCO Financial Systems for seven (7) years she took a short break and decided to get back into the collection field with our firm. Ms. Finkley brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm and is a valued addition.

ANGELA D. BUTLER:
Mrs. Butler joined our staff in November 2012 bringing with her over 15 years of collection experience. her energy, attention to detail and professionalism have helped to rapidly increase her ability to meet her monthly goals. This only continues her tradition from her prior collection employer of being a "top performer", "employee of the month" and "five time service star award winner". Mrs. Butler is a team player and her ability to easily master new tasks combined with her prior experience will greatly enhance client service and her collection performance.


SUPPORT STAFF

LYNN BJORK:
She handles the bookkeeping chores for the firm, but has been involved in the legal field for over twenty years. She has served in practically every position in the law firm, but primarily handles bookkeeping chores and accurately receipting and disbursing the large number of payments received by the firm. She has an uncanny ability to always identify the proper account upon which a payment should be posted.

CHRISSY WALLEY:
She began her work career with a local car dealership. She also obtained a business degree from Southeast College and a para-legal certificate from the University of South Alabama. She has been with the firm since 2001 and has excelled in the performance of all secretarial duties, handling all word processing e-filings, e-mail, dictation, and any other correspondence that is received or sent by the firm. She shares office management duties with Lynn Bjork and is the lead person in the reference to all computer upgrades, or new innovations. She handles all client requests eagerly and competently.
